The tank is filled with fuel, the engine is mechanically in order, the battery is charged, the starter rotates with sufficient speed, the ignition system is in order, there are no fuel leaks in the fuel system, the fuel system is not contaminated, the crankcase ventilation is in order, the electrical ground connection (engine - gearbox - body) is present.
