First aid kit in the car (BMW 5 Series E39)

The first aid kit is located under the front passenger seat.

To remove the first aid kit, lift the latch on the front side as shown by the arrow and, pulling the first aid kit towards you, remove it from the fasteners.

To install the first aid kit, insert it into the mounts and press it until the latch clicks into place. The shelf life of various medications in the first aid kit is limited. Therefore, regularly check the contents of the first aid kit and promptly replace expired medications with new ones. These medications can be purchased at any pharmacy.
