Remove the air filter.
Remove spring clip 1 (see photo below) and disconnect the connecting rod. Remove four nuts and eight pan head screws.
Disconnect the vacuum hose from the shock absorber of the 2nd chamber. Remove the carburetor cover with a screwdriver and place it on the support bosses.
Unscrew the fuel supply pipe, remove the fuel filter, wash it in gasoline and blow it with compressed air.
Remove the bracket, then remove the float and needle valve.
Turn out air and fuel idling jets. Clean the main fuel jets of the main metering systems from dirt and tar deposits.
Turn out the corrector of the qualitative composition of the mixture of the additional starting device and remove the plunger and corrector spring. Turn out the main air jet of the 2nd chamber and the air jet of the additional starting device.
Blow out all holes and jets with compressed air.
The carburetor is assembled in the reverse order of removal.
