Removal and installation rear lights (BMW 3 Series E30)

Removal

Disconnect the ground wire from the battery.

Open the tailgate and remove the reflector.



Pull out connector "1".

Loosen the screws and remove the tail light.

Installation

Replace the defective rear light gasket.

Insert the rear light with the gasket and secure with 6 screws.

Insert connector "1".

Install the reflector.

Connect the ground wire to the battery.

Check the operation of all rear light bulbs.
