Filling
Open the body heater tap and slowly pour coolant into the radiator.
Close the radiator with a stopper, turning it to the second stopper.
Warm up the engine.
Bleed air from the cooling system by turning the radiator cap on the first stop.
Remove the radiator cap and add coolant so that its level is no more than 2 cm below the bottom of the cap.
Replace the radiator cap.
Leak test
Remove the radiator cap and replace it with a hand pump with a pressure gauge. Use a pump to pressurize the system up to 1.5 kg/cm2, which should not decrease within 1-2 minutes.
A safety valve is built into the radiator cap, which must open when the pressure indicated on the cap is reached.
