When the ignition is on, the green wires with the yellow stripe of the electromagnetic shut-off valve connectors should be energized (the brown wire is the "ground" wire).
Disconnect the solenoid shut-off valve plug and reconnect it: if the valve is working properly, you should hear a click.
Check the condition of the valve seals and replace them if damaged.
