Remove the primary shaft, remove the synchronizer locking ring and press the bearing off the end of the secondary shaft.
Remove the retaining ring, thrust washer, adjusting ring, synchronizer sliding clutch hub, synchronizer locking ring, 3rd gear pinion from the secondary shaft and press off the needle bearing.
Press out the secondary shaft using a press, placing the shaft on the 2nd gear pinion. Press out the speedometer drive pinion, thrust washer, reverse gear pinion, spacer sleeve, 1st gear pinion, synchronizer locking ring, clutch hub and another synchronizer locking ring, needle bearing and 2nd gear pinion from the secondary shaft.
Disassembling the intermediate shaft
Press the 4th gear with the ball bearing out of the intermediate shaft and remove the adjusting rings.
Remove the retaining ring and press the third gear on a press, applying a force of 10 tf.
