Gearbox shaft bearing adjusting rings
Adjustment Data
Axial clearance between the end of the new blocking ring and the end of the ring gear of the synchronizer, mm: 1.0.
Minimum axial clearance between the end face of the blocking ring and the end face of the synchronizer ring gear, mm: 0.8.
Guide rib width, mm (before MY 1977):
- shift forks I and II, III and IV gears: 5-0.030+0.078.
- reverse gear shift forks of vehicles with 4-cylinder engines: 6-0.07-0.145.
Width of the guide rib of the gear shift forks, mm (from model year 1978): 13,95 -0,1.
The intermediate shaft can be partially disassembled. It has toothed rims of only gears of I and II gears. Pressing and pressing gears of III and IV gears must be carried out on a press.
The pressing force of the gears of the III and IV gears of the intermediate shaft, tf: 10.
The force of pressing the gears of the III and IV gears of the intermediate shaft (they must first be heated to a temperature of 120-150°C), ts: 4-6.
Runout of the secondary shaft when measured along the neck, mm, no more than: 0.07.
Axial clearance, mm:
- input shaft: 0.12-0.18;
- secondary shaft: 0.14-0.20.
Gear ratio of the speedometer drive: 10/4.
