Maintenance corresponds to the operations implied by the appearance of the inscription INSPEKTION I. It is carried out when the inscription INSPEKTION lights up together with the yellow LED lighting up. If maintenance is carried out without reference to the appearance of the inscription, then it must be carried out every 20 thousand km or once every 2 years. Maintenance work that is carried out more frequently (correspond to the appearance of the inscription INSPEKTION II), are indicated at the end of the list of operations.

Engine and exhaust system

Query the diagnostic system memory for fault codes.

Change engine oil and filter.

Gasoline engine: Replace spark plugs.

Replace the air filter element (when operating on dusty roads, replace more often, but not less than once every 2 years).

Poly V-belt: check condition.

Cooling and heating system: check the coolant concentration. Visually check for leaks and contamination on the radiator.

Exhaust system: Check for faults.

Engine: Check for oil leaks.

Fuel system: Check the location, condition and tightness of hoses and fuel lines.

Diesel engine: Remove water from the fuel filter.

Clutch, gearbox, final drive

Clutch: Check hoses, lines and connections for leaks.

Main gear (rear axle): check for leaks.

Manual and automatic transmission: visually check for leaks.

Axles: Check the covers for damage and leaks.

Front axle and steering

Tie rod ends and front suspension joints: Check dust caps.

Steering: check for play, check the covers for leaks and damage, check the steering column joints.



Power steering: check the fluid level in the reservoir, top up if necessary. Check the steering gear, pump, pipes and connections for tightness.

Body, additional equipment

Bonnet, trunk lid and door hinges: lubricate with multi-purpose grease.

Protective layer of the bottom and hidden cavities: check.

Seat belts: Check for faults.

Heating and air conditioning system: Replace the cabin air filter element.

Brakes, wheels, tires

Wheels: remove, check the condition of the discs on both sides, clean the center hole and lubricate it, install the wheels and tighten the bolts to the required torque.

Tires: Check tread wear and tire pressure, check tires for wear and damage (including spare tire).

Brakes: Check the brake fluid level and brake pad thickness. Check the working surfaces of the brake discs. When replacing the rear brake pads, check the thickness of the parking brake pads.

Check the travel of the parking brake lever and adjust if necessary.

Brakes: Check brake pipes, hoses, brake cylinders and connections for damage and tightness. Correct the brake fluid level.

Electrical equipment

Lighting system: check headlights, taillights and turn signals, adjust headlights if necessary.

Sound signals, heating and ventilation system: check.

Windscreen wipers: check the wiper blades for wear.

Windscreen and headlight washers: check the operation and adjustment of the jets, top up the fluid.

AB: check the electrolyte level and charge.

Central locking: Replace batteries in the remote control unit.

Additionally every 40 thousand km

Diesel engine: Replace fuel filter.

Additionally every 80 thousand km

Gearbox: Replace ATF fluid.

Final drive: change oil.

Gasoline engine: Replace the main fuel filter.

Clutch: Check the thickness of the clutch driven disc.

Every 2 years (regardless of mileage)

Brakes: Replace brake fluid.

Every 3 years (regardless of mileage)

Cooling and heating systems: replace the coolant.
