The vehicle must only be lifted when unladen on a level, firm surface.
Wheels that remain on the ground when the vehicle is lifted must be chocked to prevent rolling. Do not rely on the parking brake, which must be released for some repairs. Support the vehicle so that the support on the side points outward.
Attention: When installing the stand, wooden or rubber pads must be placed under the body so as not to damage the bottom.
Lifting and support points
Jacking or hoisting points match the rubber blocks on the side members (arrows).
Install the repair jack so that its base is flat on the floor, and the head of the jack fits into a rectangular recess on the bottom.
Turn the jack handle until the wheel is off the ground. Support the vehicle with secure stands.
