Removal and installation mirror glass (BMW 3 Series E30)
Removal

Insert a narrow screwdriver into the hole in the mirror from below.
Insert a screwdriver into the slots and push towards the car. This will unlock the mirror and remove the glass.
Installation
Turn the retainer ring clockwise until the notches in the ring align with the lugs on the back of the mirror glass.
Insert the mirror glass, press it down and secure it by turning the locking ring with a screwdriver.
