Removal and installation the rear seat (BMW 3 Series E36)

Removal

Pull the seat cushion up and out of the brackets firmly.

Move the cushion forward and remove it from the vehicle.





Pull the rear seat back "8" forward by the upper side and release the mounting brackets "4" from the protrusions "6".

Remove the back of the rear seat.

Installation

Secure the back of the rear seat with the protrusions "5" in the holes "7".

Press the upper side of the rear seat back until the brackets "4" snap into the protrusions "6".

Insert the seat cushion under the backrest so that the brackets fit into the recesses of the body. Snap the brackets into place.
