Replacing lamps (BMW 5 Series E34)

To avoid short circuits when working on electrical equipment, switch off the corresponding current consumer and/or disconnect the ground (-) cable from the battery.

Do not touch the glass bulbs of the lamps with bare hands. Use a clean handkerchief, paper napkin, etc. for this purpose, or take the lamp only by the base.



A set of spare lamps can be purchased at a BMW service station.
