Warning: Any work on the generator must be carried out with the engine stopped.
Disconnect the red wire from the "B+" terminal and the blue wire from the "D+" terminal of the generator.
Loosen the tension bar mounting bolt.
Loosen the lower generator mounting bolt and remove the generator.
The generator is installed in the reverse order. After installation, adjust the tension of the generator drive belt.
