The water pump and generator are driven by the crankshaft via a V-belt drive. When a wider V-belt is installed, the crankshaft also drives the power steering pump. The four-cylinder engine produced before August 1993 with power steering has a second V-belt to drive the latter. When installing an air conditioner, the compressor on all models has a separate belt drive. Since the V-belts are installed according to a sequential kinematic diagram, to remove a V-belt installed later, it is also necessary to remove the V-belts located at the front.
