When the coil heats up, the cigarette lighter will pop out of the socket and can be used for its intended purpose.

Caution: Hold the hot cigarette lighter only by the handle, otherwise you may get serious burns.

Cigarette lighter/electric socket

The electrical outlet located in the cigarette lighter socket can be used to connect a portable lamp or a car vacuum cleaner (200W, 12V).

Use only appliances with a suitable plug to avoid damaging the socket.

Ashtray

Front ashtray

To extinguish a cigarette, shake off the ash and press it lightly into the groove.

Emptying the ashtray

Pull the ashtray towards you, press the spring from below and pull it completely out of the socket.

Rear ashtray

To open the ashtray, press on its top edge.



To empty the ashtray, open it, press down to compress the spring, and pull it out of the slot. After cleaning, replace the ashtray, locking it into the slot.

The cigarette lighter for rear passengers* is located on the center console.

Caution: The cigarette lighter also works when the ignition is off, so do not leave children unattended in the car.
