Glove box (BMW 5 Series E34)

To open the drawer, pull the handle. If the ignition key is in position "1", the drawer lighting turns on.

To close the box, simply slam the lid shut.

Caution: For safety reasons, the box must always remain closed while driving.

Only the master key fits into the glove compartment lock.

Replacing the glove box light bulb: Remove the bulb with a screwdriver and insert a new one (5W).
