Loosen the mounting bolts.
Loosen the tension bar lock nut. Turn the tension roller back by the toothed segment. Loosen the V-belt tension and remove the belt.
Put on a new V-belt. To do this, tighten the tension roller to a torque of 8-8.5 Nm and lock the nut. When pressing with a finger in the middle between the pulleys, the belt should bend by about 3 mm.
Tighten the mounting nuts and bolts.
Attention: In workshops, precise checking and adjustment of V-belt tension is performed using a special installation. In this case, the installation hook must be located on the tip of the tooth. Conformity to the specified tension value of a new or used belt is achieved when the measuring marks for the hydraulic pump on the measuring installation match.
Caution: Ensure sufficient distance between hoses and body parts. Reposition hoses if necessary.
Tighten the pump mounting nuts and bolts.
