Automatic transmission fluid (ATF) of the following brands:
- E -iaij ATF Dexron II D-21631;
- MOBIL: ATF 220 D-20104;
- TOTAL: Dexron II D-21298.
The fluid level can be checked when cold or warm. Warm fluid has a temperature of +80°C, the temperature of cold fluid corresponds to the ambient air temperature.

With the engine not running, remove the fluid reservoir cap.
Wipe the dipstick in the cap with a clean cloth.
Put the lid back on (don't twist) and remove it. The fluid level should be between the marks on the dipstick, if necessary, add ATF fluid marked Dexron II. Always add only fresh fluid, as even the smallest contamination can lead to failure of the hydraulic system.

Let the engine run and, if necessary, add fluid until the level is between the marks.
Then, with the engine running, turn the steering wheel from lock to lock several times to remove air from the system.
Turn off the engine. The fluid level should now rise about 5 mm above the MAX mark. Check the sealing rings in the cover for pores or damage, replace if necessary.
Close the fluid reservoir.
