Removal

Removal

1. Remove nozzle "1" using plastic wedge "2" from the headlight obturator and pull it out until it stops.

When removing the nozzle, water flows out, so cover the nozzle with a rag and place a suitable container underneath. If necessary, insert a suitable plug into the tube.

2. Pull the nozzle off the tube with a jerk. The tube will then move back on its own.

Installation

The left and right injectors are different from each other. To avoid confusion, they are marked "R" and "L" on the bottom. If the injector is being replaced, disconnect the obturator and transfer it to the new injector.

3. Insert the nozzle into the hole in the headlight shutter and into the tube.

4. Remove the nozzle and check if the tube is fixed on the connection. If necessary, put it on and fix it.

5. Insert the nozzle into the headlight cover.

Examination

6. Turn on the ignition, turn on the lights and ask an assistant to turn on the windshield washer switch.

7. The water jet should hit the center of the low and high beam headlights.

If the headlight washer needs to be turned on again, the ignition must first be switched on and off, otherwise the washer will be blocked for 3 minutes

8. Adjust the nozzles if necessary.
