The fuses are located in a separate fuse box above the glove box.
1. Before replacing a fuse, it is imperative to first switch off the relevant consumer.
2. Open the glove box and turn both white clips (arrows in the illustration) out. Thus, the fuse box is released and torn off downwards. The fuse diagram is located under the fuse board.
3. A sign of a failed fuse is a molten metal strip.
4. Remove the failed fuse. To make it easier to grip the fuse, the block has a plastic clip. Place the clip on the fuse, squeeze and remove the fuse.
5. Insert a new fuse with the same maximum current. Its value is indicated on the plastic case of the fuse. In addition, the housing is color-coded, which can also be used to determine the value of the rated current. A - melted wire (refer to Specifications).
6. Pull the fuse box up and secure by turning the white clips outwards.
If a new fuse blows again after a short time, the corresponding current circuit must be checked.
It is recommended to carry spare fuses with you at all times. Under no circumstances should the fuse be replaced with a wire or the like, as this may cause severe damage to electrical devices.
