As part of the maintenance, adjustment of the idle speed, ignition timing and CO concentration is not performed, since these parameters are continuously monitored by the electronic engine management system.
If there is still a deviation of the actual parameter values from the required ones, then the reason lies in the failure of the corresponding elements, which must be replaced. A qualified check of the engine management system is only possible with the help of special diagnostic devices. Refer to Section Basic information about the electronic engine management system.
