Turn on the ignition, disconnect hose 1 (see photo) from the thermal time relay and hose 2 from the tee of the vacuum ignition regulator and blow into these hoses.
At intake air temperature +20°C the relay contacts should be open. At temperature below 20°C the relay should switch off approximately 15 s after ignition is switched on.
To replace the relay, disconnect connector 3 and remove the valve from the intake manifold.
