Routine maintenance (BMW 5 Series E34)

Scheduled maintenance corresponds to BMW Inspection I. It should be carried out when the message lights up "Inspektion" together with a yellow LED.

If you do not adhere to the service interval indication, then scheduled maintenance is performed every 20,000 km, or at least once every 2 years. Maintenance work that should be performed less frequently (corresponds to Inspection, II BMW) are provided at the end of the scheduled maintenance plan.
