Remove the hub cap.
Loosen and loosen the castle nut of the hub.
Tighten the hub nut to 30-33 Nm while turning the wheel hub to self-align the bearing rollers and remove excess grease.
After tightening the nut, turn the bearings at least two times, and do not tighten or loosen the hub nut.
To set the correct clearance in the bearings, loosen the castle nut so that the hub and bearings turn at the same time.
Tighten the castle nut to a maximum torque of 3 Nm, then unscrew it to the nearest cotter pin hole.
Lock the castle nut with a new cotter pin.
Examination
The clearance in the hub bearings is adjusted correctly if the lock washer with the inner nose can be rotated quickly and without resistance with a screwdriver.
