Withdrawal
Place the car on stands.
Remove the front wheels.
Remove the brake hose brackets from the telescopic suspension struts.
Remove the brake calipers of the front wheels and hang them to the body without disconnecting the brake hoses.
Remove the stabilizer bar brackets from the body.
Disconnect the left and right engine mount brackets.
Turn away nuts of fastening of the top support of telescopic racks.
Start the engine and lightly tighten the lines.
Place a jack under the front suspension cross member and disconnect the front suspension cross member from the left and right side members of the body.
After unscrewing the nut, remove the bolt connecting the universal joint of the steering shaft with the drive gear.
Slowly lower and remove the front axle assembly.
Installation
Set the steering wheel to the position of the rectilinear movement of the car, while the mark on the anther of the drive gear should be between the marks on the steering gear housing (see chapter «Steering»).
In this position, connect the steering shaft to the drive gear by inserting the connecting bolt and tightening the new self-locking nut.
Attach the front suspension cross member to the body side members, while paying attention to the fact that the upper supports of the telescopic struts are properly in place.
Tighten the nuts securing the upper supports of the telescopic struts.
Install the engine mount brackets, making sure the tabs on the pads fit into the grooves.
Attach the stabilizer bar brackets to the body by tightening the new self-locking nuts.
Place the brake hose brackets on the telescopic struts, aligning the bracket boss with the bracket hole.
Install the brake calipers. Install the front wheels. Check and adjust the angles of the front wheels.
