Withdrawal
Raise the front of the car and remove the front wheel. Disconnect from a telescopic rack bracket of fastening of a brake hose.
Remove the front wheel brake caliper and hang it to the body without disconnecting the brake hose.
Loosen and loosen the castellated nut securing the tie rod to the steering knuckle.
Press the tie rod ball joint pin out of the steering knuckle using puller 322 050.
Press the ball joint pin of the suspension arm out of the steering knuckle using puller 31 1 100.
With the suspension arm down, remove the steering knuckle from the ball joint pin of the arm.
Disconnect the end of the anti-roll bar from the suspension arm.
Disconnect the suspension arm from the front suspension cross member.
Turn away nuts of fastening of the top support of a telescopic rack to a mudguard of a body.
Remove the telescopic pole.
Installation
Tighten the nuts securing the upper support of the telescopic strut to the mudguard of the body.
Attach the suspension arm to the front suspension cross member by inserting the head bolt towards the rear of the vehicle and tightening the new self-locking nut.
Attach the end of the stabilizer bar to the suspension arm by tightening the new self-locking nut.
Check up a condition of a protective cover of the hinge of the suspension bracket and if necessary replace it.
Attach the suspension arm and tie rod to the steering knuckle.
Install the front brake caliper and replace the brake hose bracket so that the boss of the bracket fits into the hole in the bracket.
