Tightening torques for threaded connections, kgf·m
Cylinder head bolts on a cold engine: 1st step: 3.4-4.4; 2nd reception: 6.7-7.1; 3rd reception: 7.7-8.1; Step 4: After the engine has warmed up, turn it further by 25±5°.
Main bearing cap mounting bolt: 5.8-6.3.
Connecting rod cap bolt nut: 5.2-5.7.
Flywheel mounting bolt: 10.0-11.5 (pre-apply special glue such as "Loctite" to the thread).
Lock nut of the valve drive thermal clearance adjustment screw: 0.9-1.1.
Oil pan and timing cover mounting bolts: 0.9-1.1.
Crankshaft pulley mounting bolt: 14.0-15.0.
Spark plugs: 2.5-3.0.
