Removal and installation the clutch slave cylinder (BMW 3 Series E30)
Removal
Suck out the brake fluid from the expansion tank to the level of the top-up tube.
Raise the car.

Unscrew the slave cylinder "1" from the gearbox.
Unscrew hose "2".
Note: If the slave cylinder does not need to be replaced, the hose remains connected.
Installation
Lubricate the piston rod of the slave cylinder with Molykote Longtherm 2.
Tighten the hydraulic hose to a tightening torque of 12 Nm. Insert the slave cylinder and tighten the mounting bolts to a tightening torque of 15 Nm. The air bleed valve must be facing downwards.
Fill with brake fluid. Remove air from the hydraulic clutch drive.
