Removal and installation the air intake (BMW 3 Series E36)

Removal

Open the engine compartment hood.

Remove the rubber band and pull out the intake grille.



Unscrew 2 bolts of the cable shaft.



Remove the fastening "4" from the right side of the intake, for which unscrew the 2 bolts "5".



Unscrew 1 bolt on the left side and pull the air intake box "6" upward.

Installation

Insert and screw the air intake box.

Screw on the cable duct.

Insert the intake grille and put on the rubber band.

Close the engine compartment hood.
