2. Disconnect the engine wiring from the intake manifold and move it aside.
3. Disconnect the EVAP hose and throttle control cables from the throttle body. Remove throttle assembly if necessary (see Section Removal and installation of the throttle body, replacement of its gasket Chapters Power supply and exhaust systems).
4. Disconnect the fuel supply and return hoses from the fuel distribution line, remembering the order of their connection and the places of their fastening with clamps.
5. Disconnect the union of the vacuum line from the amplifier of brakes.
6. Remove the clamp and pull out the PCV tube. Check the condition of the tube o-ring and replace if necessary.
7. Give nuts, take spacer plugs and remove the inlet pipeline upwards.
8. If necessary, remove the cover (1) with check valve.
9. Check up a condition of a lining and a sealing ring of the valve. Replace if necessary.
10. Center the intake manifold on the two spacer bushings installed on its left and right sides. Then install the remaining bushings and tighten the nuts to the required torque.
11. Further installation is carried out in the reverse order.
