2. Disconnect the engine electrical wiring from the intake manifold and move it to the side.

3. Disconnect the EVAP hose and throttle control cables from the throttle body. If necessary, remove the throttle body assembly (see section Removal and installation the throttle body, replacing its gasket Chapters Fuel and exhaust systems).
4. Disconnect the fuel supply and return hoses from the fuel distribution line, remembering the order in which they were connected and where they were secured with clamps.

5. Disconnect the vacuum line nipple from the brake booster.

6. Remove the clamp and pull out the PCV tube. Check the condition of the tube O-ring and replace it if necessary.

7. Loosen the nuts, remove the spacer bushings and remove the intake manifold in an upward direction.

8. If necessary, remove the cover (1) with the check valve.

9. Check the condition of the valve gasket and sealing ring. Replace them if necessary.
10. Center the intake manifold using the two spacer bushings installed on its left and right sides. Then install the remaining bushings and tighten the nuts to the required torque.
11. Further installation is carried out in reverse order.
