Removal and installation the oil pump (BMW 7 Series E38)

1. Remove the engine oil pan (see section Removal and installation the oil pan).

6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Adjust the chain tension to the value A = 10±2 mm, turning the threaded sleeve in the oil pump with a rod wrench.
