Vibration damper
1. Remove drive belts (see Section Removing and installing accessory drive belts).
2. Remove the bolts and remove the vibration damper.
The position of the damper is determined by a centering pin.
3. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Use new damper bolts.
Damper hub
1. Remove the vibration damper.
2. Disconnect a branch pipe of an obduv of the generator.
3. Remove the left and right brake vents. If necessary, remove the auxiliary air supply hose (see chapter Power supply and exhaust systems). Remove the pipe holder from the engine mount.
4. Pay attention to the position of the centering pin.
5. Install tool #11 2 450.
Place a piece of wood between the support and tool no. 11 2 450 to prevent damage to the engine mount.
6. Turn out the central bolt and remove a nave of a torsion damper.
7. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Use new hub bolt.
