Remove the hub cap.
Remove the wheel brake caliper.
Loosen and unscrew the castle nut of the hub.
Remove the lock washer with the inner toe and compress the wheel hub.
Remove the hex socket head bolts and remove the brake disc by turning it in both directions and pulling it towards you.
When removing the front wheel hub on vehicles where the brake disc is attached to the outer end of the hub, to remove the brake disc, disconnect the fastening tabs on the telescopic rack, remove the brake caliper and hang it without disconnecting the brake hoses.
Warning. Ventilated brake discs are balanced by weights that must not be removed or moved.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. After installation:
- pour grease into the hub;
- tighten the mounting bolts to the specified torque;
- adjust the axial clearance of the bearings;
- make sure the hub cap is filled with grease.
