Remove the hub cap.
Remove the wheel brake caliper.
Remove the cotter pin and unscrew the hub crown nut.
Remove the lock washer with the inner nose and press the wheel hub.
Remove the Allen key bolts and remove the brake disc by turning it in both directions and pulling it towards you.
When removing the front wheel hub on vehicles where the brake disc is attached to the outer end of the hub, to remove the brake disc, detach the mounting tabs on the telescopic strut, remove the brake caliper and hang it up without disconnecting the brake hoses.
Warning: Ventilated brake discs are balanced with weights that must not be removed or moved.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. After installation:
- pack grease into the hub;
- tighten the mounting bolts to the specified torque;
- adjust the axial clearance of the bearings;
- make sure the hub cap is filled with grease.
