Note: The thermostatic valve has a throttle hole that allows air to pass through when the valve is closed.
Attach a hand vacuum pump to the valve branch pipe as shown in the figure. At air temperatures below approximately +48°C the valve should be closed, at air temperatures above approximately +58°C it should be open.
