Disconnect the throttle control cable from the intermediate lever.
Adjust the length of the rod so that the intermediate lever reaches the stop.
Warning. During this adjustment, the link must not move into the forced downshift zone. With a gap of 0.25 + 0.25 mm (cutting plate thickness) between the tip and the end of the cable sheath, the fork must align with the hole in the intermediate lever.
Make sure there is no slack in the throttle cable.
Press the accelerator pedal to the positive downshift stop, adjust the length of the rod so that the distance between the tip and the end of the positive downshift cable is 37 mm. In the forced low gear position, the distance between the tip and the end of the cable sheath must be at least 43 mm. Use template 243450 to measure distance.
Warning. If the idle speed changes while adjusting the throttle actuator, repeat it.
