Disconnect the throttle control cable from the intermediate lever.
Adjust the length of the rod so that the intermediate lever reaches the stop.
Warning: During this adjustment, the rod must not move into the forced downshift zone. With a clearance of 0.25+0.25 mm (thickness of the cutting plate) between the tip and the end of the cable sheath, the fork must coincide with the hole in the intermediate lever.
Make sure there is no slack in the throttle control cable.
Press the accelerator pedal to the forced downshift stop, adjust the length of the rod so that the distance between the tip and the end of the forced downshift cable is 37 mm. In the forced downshift position, the distance between the tip and the end of the cable sheath should be at least 43 mm. Use template 243450 to measure the distance.
Caution: If the idle speed changes during throttle actuator adjustment, repeat the adjustment.
