Use test tool 240000 or similar type to check.
Unscrew the plug with fitting 240065. Screw fitting 240064 into the hole in the gearbox and connect it with a hose to the control device.
Warning. Use threaded nipple 240063 for gearboxes up to #18044 or nipple 240064 for gearboxes from #18045. Otherwise, the threads of the gearbox housing hole may be damaged.
The working pressure is checked with the parking brake applied, with the engine idling, by placing the selector lever in the position «ABOUT».
With proper adjustment of the throttle cable, the operating pressure of the gearbox should be between 3.5-4.6 kg / cm2.
If abnormal, disconnect the throttle control cable from the intermediate lever. Squeeze the tip of the cable with tongs so that it can move along the cable. Adjust the length of the cable on the fork and connect it to the intermediate lever in this way. so that the working pressure is within 3.5-4.6 kg / cm2. After that, clamp the tip on the cable at a distance of 0.25 + 0.25 mm from the end of the cable sheath.
Check the engine speed with the brake pedal depressed and the parking brake applied by placing the selector lever in the position «R» or «1».
