Each time any suspension or steering system fasteners are loosened or removed, they should be inspected and replaced if necessary, and these parts must be either the same part number as the replacement or no different in quality and design. All fasteners must be tightened to the correct torque for proper assembly and component safety. All bent or damaged parts must be replaced.
Front suspension - rack-mount, MacPherson type. The struts are attached at their upper ends to reinforced platforms at the top of the wheel arches and at their lower ends to the swing arm/suspension arms. The stabilizer bar is attached to the bottom of the body.
