- driver errors when starting the engine are excluded: Both on a cold and a warmed-up engine, do not press the gas pedal, press the clutch pedal
- the tank is filled with fuel,
- the engine is mechanically fine,
- the battery is charged,
- the starter rotates at a sufficient number of revolutions,
- the ignition system is ok,
- there are no fuel leaks in the fuel system,
- the fuel system is not contaminated,
- crankcase ventilation is OK,
- electrical ground connection (engine - gearbox - body) is available.
- perform a query of the fault memory.
Caution: If removing fuel hoses, clean them with gasoline first.
