Disassembly
Remove the brake pads and caliper.
Remove retaining rings and protective caps from cylinders and pistons.
Block the piston with pliers 34 1 050.
By forcing a jet of compressed air through the fluid inlet, push the piston out of the cylinder, so that when pushing out, do not damage the piston on the surface of the caliper, install a wooden lining under the piston.
Close the cylinder bore with a plug and push the piston out of the other cylinder, proceeding as above.
Carefully remove the piston o-rings from the cylinders.
Assembly
Carefully check the technical condition of the parts of the brake mechanism.
O-rings, pistons and a mirror of cylinders grease with a thin layer of paste for working cylinders of brakes.
Reinstall o-rings and pistons.
Lubricate the inner surface of the protective caps with a thin layer of paste for working brake cylinders.
Put on protective caps and install retaining rings.
Replace the brake pads, making sure the pistons are set at a 20°angle.
After installing the brake mechanism, fill the fluid into the hydraulic drive reservoir and bleed the hydraulic drive system.
