- Brake fluid should not come into contact with mineral oils. Even the slightest traces of mineral oils in the brake fluid exclude the possibility of its use, as they disable the brake system.
- Replace brake fluid once a year. It is better to replace the fluid after the winter period.
- Old brake fluid should be taken to local special waste collection points and not poured down the drain.
