Close the inlet and outlet fuel hoses "1" and "2" with clamps. If there are no appropriate clamps, disconnect the hoses and close them with screws of the appropriate diameter to prevent fuel from leaking.
Disconnect the fuel hoses from the pump, having first completely loosened the clamps.
Unscrew 2 nuts (arrows) and remove the fuel pump together with the insulating flange "H".
Pull the plunger out a little.
Check the integrity of the insulating flange. Replace the insulating flange if necessary.
Check the ease of movement of the pusher.
Install the fuel pump together with the insulating flange and tighten the bolts to a torque of 15 Nm.
Connect the fuel hoses and secure them with clamps. Hose "1" goes to the fuel tank or fuel filter, hose "2" goes to the carburetor.
