Disconnect the positive and ground wires from the battery.

Remove the fuel gauge. The fuel lines on the bottom of the gauge remain connected.

Squeeze both locking hooks 22 on the fastening and pull out the fuel pump 5 together with the fuel level sensor 1.

Loosen clamp 18, remove mesh filter 6 and clean it.

Installation

When installing a new pump, move the mount 21, pressure damper 14 and check valve 11, as well as all hoses and electrical wires, to it. In this case, secure the electrical wire with a clamp approximately in the middle of the fuel hose.

Screw on the mesh filter.

Insert the fuel pump together with the fuel level sensor and snap it in place. Check the reliability of the fastening of the locking hooks.

Install the fuel gauge.

Connect the wires to the battery.
