Removal and installation the front seat headrest (BMW 3 Series E46)
Removal
1. Tilt the backrest back.

2. Remove headrest "1" until it stops.
3. Press button "2" and remove the headrest from the backrest.
Installation
Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
