When removing the battery, check the marks for the presence of polarity of the battery connection, otherwise apply marks.
If the LED does not light when turned on, the battery should be replaced.
1. Remove the cover using a small screwdriver.
2. Remove the two screws and remove the cover.
3. Insert the new battery, orienting the "-/+" terminals in the same way as the removed battery.
4. Secure the battery cover. Snap the cover into place until you hear a distinct click.
5. If necessary, initialize the new remote control, refer to Section Initializing remote control.
