On models from 09.1997, the control unit is installed in front to the right of the instrument panel in front of the glove compartment.
On models prior to 09/1997, remove the fuel filler cap lock actuator.
Remove the bolts.
Press the lock and disconnect the control unit wiring connector. Replace the nuts (1) if necessary.
