Attention:
- When used with xenon headlights, high voltage is life-threatening. Before removal, disconnect all components from the power source (the lighting system and ignition are off).
- Work with all components of the xenon lighting system (gas discharge initiator, control unit and lamp) should be performed only by qualified personnel.
1. Remove the left headlight.
Caution: Observe electrostatic discharge protection instructions (ESD - Electrostatic Discharge).
2. Loosen the screws (1).
Tightening torque: 1 Nm.
3. Remove the xenon headlight control unit (2) from the headlight (3).
Note:
- When installing, it is necessary to install the xenon headlight control unit (3) exactly on the headlight.
- Pay attention to the correct position of the plug housing (1) of the connector on the pin housing (2).
4. Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the above notes.
