Attention:
- When used with xenon headlights, high voltage is life-threatening. Before removal, disconnect all components from the power source (the lighting system and ignition are off).
- Work with all components of the xenon lighting system (gas discharge initiator, control unit and lamp) should be performed only by qualified personnel.
Caution: Follow the ESD protection instructions (ESD - Electrostatic Discharge).
1. Remove the left headlight.
2. Loosen the screws (1).
Tightening torque: 1 Nm.
3. Disconnect the adaptive cornering light system drive/electronic unit (2) from the headlight (3) in the direction indicated by the arrow.
Note:
- When installing, it is necessary to mount the adaptive cornering light system drive/electronic unit (1) exactly on the headlight.
- Pay attention to the correct position of the connector pin housing (2) on the plug housing (3).
4. Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the above notes.
5. Perform programming/coding of the vehicle.
