The procedure for replacing the rear wheel bearing is the same as the corresponding procedure for the front suspension (see section Front suspension). The removal and installation of the wheel bearing support is described below.
1. Press the drive shaft out of the hub of the corresponding wheel (see section Removal and installation drive shafts Chapters Cardan and drive shafts, gearbox, differential and hub assemblies).
2. Remove the brake shoe release mechanism, caliper and wheel sensor of the ABS system (see chapter Brake system).
3. Remove the push rod/integral lever (see section Removal and installation rear suspension arms and struts).

4. Disconnect the shock absorber from the wheel bearing support.
When installing, the head (1) with the flats of the rubber-metal hinge must face the head of the bolt.

5. Loosen the nuts and remove the wheel bearing support.

When installing, there should be no traces of grease on the nut pins and in the holes. Use new nuts.
6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Finally, check and adjust the rear wheel alignment angles.
