2. Drain the fuel from the right side fuel tank, disconnect the hose from the fuel filler neck and plug the open holes (see chapter Power supply and exhaust systems).
3. Remove the brake calipers on both sides and hang them on the body; remove rear wheel ABS sensors (see chapter Brake system).
4. Take out a cable of a drive of a parking brake from a connecting clip and remove the right arm of fastening of a cable from a body.
5. Give a nut and disconnect the lever of the gauge of size of a road gleam. Remove the ride height control valve from the rear suspension beam.
6. Turn out bolts of fastening of the shock-absorber to a support of the wheel bearing.
When installing the head (1) with the flats of the rubber-metal hinge should face the bolt head.
7. Support the rear axle with supports no. 00 2 030/040 and no. 33 4 220.
8. Remove the left and right bolts and carefully lower the rear axle.
When installing the stud (1) rear support foot must be installed parallel to the vehicle axis.
