2. Pump out the fuel from the right fuel tank reservoir, disconnect the hose from the fuel tank filler neck and plug the open holes (see chapter Fuel and exhaust systems).
3. Remove the brake calipers on both sides and hang them on the body; remove the rear ABS wheel sensors (see chapter Brake system).

4. Remove the parking brake cable from the connecting clamp and remove the right cable mounting bracket from the body.

5. Loosen the nut and disconnect the ride height sensor lever. Remove the ride height adjustment valve from the rear suspension beam.

6. Remove the bolts securing the shock absorber to the wheel bearing support.
When installing, the head (1) with the flats of the rubber-metal hinge must face the head of the bolt.

7. Support the rear axle using supports No.00 2 030/040 and No.33 4 220.

8. Unscrew the left and right bolts and carefully lower the rear axle.
When installing the studs (1) of the rear support heel, they must be installed parallel to the vehicle axis.
